Our full coaching package takes a bi-weekly plan, all based on training peaks, to the next level by keeping an open dialogue with the rider after every ride. Experience within riding and coaching has identified that rider feedback and communication drastically improves performance. Feedback all based on training peaks enables us to keep a detailed record of rider feelings from each ride, along with industry leading metrics that enable the science based training to be analysed and digested by both the coach and rider. Feedback now includes video feedback on your training/racing.
